È presidente di Telecontact Center (Gruppo Telecom Italia) e nuovo responsabile funzione Caring Services di Telecom Italia.
In precedenza, è stato head of Enterprise Customer Operations di Telecom Italia, CEO e responsabile Opeations di Telecontact Center.
Dal 2008 al 2011è stato a capo del Customer Satisfaction Management per TIM Brasile, mentre in passato ha svolto diversi ruoli di crescente responsabilità in Telecom Italia, tra cui: customer service manager, head of business division customer service, mobile customer operation management director e head of mobile customer operation central Italy.
