Tutti i professionisti e collaboratori di Portolano Cavallo Studio Legale hanno il piacere di condividere il riconoscimento ricevuto dallo Studio con lo “Europe Women in Business Law Awards 2012” per l’Italia. Il riconoscimento premia gli studi legali che, a livello europeo, hanno favorito l’affermazione delle donne nella professione legale e che hanno posto in essere iniziative per coniugare crescita professionale e vita personale e familiare.
Siamo orgogliosi di essere premiati per un nostro modo di essere che, dalla fondazione dello studio ad oggi, ha trovato sempre concreta attuazione organizzativa: assicurare, cioè, un ambiente di lavoro flessibile che assicuri pari opportunità a tutti i nostri professionisti e collaboratori. Grazie a ciò, all’interno del nostro Studio le donne rappresentano il 40% dei partner e il 47% sul totale dei professionisti.
Ciò che davvero conta, semplicemente, è che le decisioni sulle nostre risorse non sono in alcun modo influenzate dal genere di appartenenza. Così, naturalmente, le donne emergono avendo talento quanto gli uomini.
Questo riconoscimento, dunque, ci entusiasma e ci stimola a fare ancora di più. E questo non solo per i singoli, ma anche e soprattutto nell’interesse dello Studio stesso: avere nel team persone motivate, entusiaste e legate allo Studio non può che riflettersi positivamente sulla performance professionale.
Il nostro ringraziamento, dunque, va anche a tutti voi per aver consentito al nostro Studio di crescere e di affermarsi seguendo questi principi per noi irrinunciabili.

We are proud to be rewarded for our way of thinking that has shaped our law firm from the start and continues to have a concrete impact today: the goal of creating a flexible work environment providing equal opportunities for all of our professionals and staff. Thanks to this, 40% of our partners are women, and 47% of professionals are women.
But what really matters, in the final analysis, is just that our human resources decisions are not in any way influenced by gender. As a result, naturally, people with talent progress, be they women or men.
We’re thrilled to receive this award and it inspires us to work even harder. Doing so is not just in the interest of individuals or out of generosity, but mostly in the interest of the firm itself: having people motivated and enthusiastic and loyal to our firm can only positively affect the overall performance.
Therefore, we thank you all for enabling our firm to grow and succeed following these values we will not renounce.
